The teaching content of the book starts off with the rules of pronunciation, common pronunciation mistakes, the historical background of Liturgical Latin, bibliographical references, and the listing of many resources for furthering your knowledge the Latin of the Liturgy.

 

Moving into the heart of the book reveals the phonetic rendering of the complete ORDER OF THE MASS- then moving on to THE LAST GOSPEL and even THE LEONINE PRAYERS are included! I can personally attest to the value and effectiveness of the phonetic rendering of Latin words, as I have used Mr. Tofari's "Server's Mass Responses" card to train several of my own sons to serve the Latin Mass in our parish.

 

The book is concluded some useful appendices and extracts from several historical works and Papal Documents.

 

The book is wrapped in coated matte cover stock and then saddle-stitched (stapled) which is both economical and easy to use as it can be pressed to lay flat when open. The layout, fonts, and font sizes were well thought out for ease of reading.
